Car shuts/dies. Need Help!

[V12 Killa]

I have a 95 TSi with 60trim & supporting mods. When I turn it on it idles normal but when I put it in gear(and sometimes in netural) i rev it and it dies with lights on so I don't dont think its the battery or alternator. After its warmed up I push the clutch in and it dies too. So i keep it on by revving the engine when driving it around & after turning it on after a couple of times after shutting off the idle was bouncing(not surging) from around 1300k down to 500k. Any ideas??

I had a similar problem once. I had to keep my feet on the gas. I later found out i had a major boost leak!

Boost leak, PCV valve, fuel filter, fuel pump, spark plugs. Some areas to start looking

Aright im going to start looking at that later on this week and hopefully get it resolved. BTW how do you make your own boost leak tester, Im too lazy to search, Thanks in advance.
