Camshaft stability

What does it mean when a manufacturer says a camshaft is "stable" to a certain rpm and boost level? An example would be Kelford 272s. In this description, it says the cams are stable up to 35 lbs and 8000 rpm given a person runs the kiggly beehive springs. I currently have a set of kelford 272s on my car and run 35 lbs of boost. I'm only on single BC springs right now. eek. I know. If I were to change to the "high pressure" kiggly beehives, would I be able to safely push 40+ lbs to 8500ish rpm? (6466 gen 2 turbo)

The valve springs are beefed up to accommodate the higher rpm's without floating the valves and possible kissing a piston with a valve that didn't close fast enough. What are BC springs rated at for rpm's or spring rate at given install height?

The BC springs are rated at 1.5" and 84 lbs which is less than my (MAP+14.7)*1.7 which is what kiggly generally recommends. I hear a lot of people say they run kiggly beehives but what kind seems not to be specified. (steel street, high pressure, or race)

What is the spring rate on the singles you have.

When people refer to kiggly beehives, generally they refer to the original type that have a ti retainer and like 97lbs on the seat.

These are my current springs. They don't seem to have the seat pressure that I need for my setup. Spring rate looks to be about 151 per half inch so 302 lb per inch if that seems right. I can't find much right now about spring rate of them.
