The markings do not look familiar as far as the stamping on the Hex.

But the "EP4604" casting is a common cam blank used in the aftermarket.

So it should not be a regrind.

how i can know what is the brand??????

Look on the front flat face of the cam and see if any markings, or etchings.

Measure the cam for lift and that may help point in the right direction.
