Got the car in garage, had to hunt for a local axle , stabbed axles, replaced tie rod ends, new axle nuts,
Only needs caliper hardware for front pads, and a new 23 spline transfer case. Tried three different seals, still leaked looked to be leakin from base of tc output shaft, where driveshaft mounts up

Drove the car around FWD though and man does it rippppp for just a 16g, love when 600$ gsx turn out good!

few updates
t case doesn't leak with yoke installed
had to redo the new pass front axle again and do the seal( NO LEAKS FROM TRANS WOOOOOOOOH) (READY TO BASH ON A NEW TRANS!)
replaced water pipe o ring, was so glad it wasn't water pump seal cause pump looks new and so does t belt( NO COOLANT LEAKS YAYYYY)
head does need valve seals badly, and the 16g is a knock off, hx35 is the plan though so since it has no shaft play not to worried
looking for the crossmember support that goes under trans side of engine bay with bolts if anyone reads this and happens to be close to OK, tons of extra parts to trade.

lsd car but rear end feels welded during tight turns, might swap in the spare 3 bolt lsd subframe I have

car starts right up cold start idle works well, slight idle fluctuation dude to non recirc bov, and I believe diaphragm in bov is torn. been bleeding the clutch, no more drag up to atleast 5k



did some buffing to, cant stand pinky red cars



same thing on my old z

turning out great for a 600$ gsx that's for sure! if anyone wants to triple my money hit me up!

i see so many people getting these 90-91 gsx tsi for 5-800. do you know of any other running 1gs for around that price? or u wanna sell yours for 1k ?
