Well, I have wanted a converty eclipse for as long as I can remember. I finally found one next to Tampa in Florida, I picked it up last weekend and have started to strip it completely down to a bare frame.
What will be happening to the car.... Completely repainted, I believe it is called Mitsu's Northstar white, 2.4L stroker and convert it to 5spd manual. As of now it is auto and purple in color. The previous owner blew the engine so I will basically be starting from scratch from that perspective.
As of 20 min ago, This is how the car sits. It was complete minus the head when I purchased it.

And yes, That is a coors light aluminum bottle where cylinder #1 used to be.
