General Black Box or Evo8 Ecu

I know there's some similar posts comparing the two but I'm hoping to get the most recent info. I can get either for about the same price and know that the evo is pretty much change some pins and after changing some basic things should work with throwing some check engines codes.

Black box used to be worse but with ceddy mods has pretty much everything including speed density. I'm new to this stuff but a fast learner and good with computers. So at the end of the day which is better? I'm shooting for 400whp as my final goal.

I'm tuned on my stock black box with zero issues. Just under 400awhp.

Link all the way! As for your question I say black box. I have a couple friends that have had good luck with it and they did the tune themselves. Plus there are many posts on here that can help you get started!

I currently have black box but already ordered link v3. I just like the simplicity of link. Out of the two, I'd suggest black box but overall, link is far superior.
