General Black box ECU install?

I just got my black box ecu and in the package it said that i needed to pull pin 91. Im not sure which pin this is, and why do i have to do it?

Just happen to see this PM'ing someone back... .

It's not pin 91 it's pin 44 for the 98/99 Ecu .

Pin 91 is for a 95 Ecu with other software and tuning solutions.

The car will run fine as it is now you just need the Clutch wire hooked up to run NLTS and 2-step/Anti lag.

I know this is an old thread, but I haven't seen anything covering if your clutch safety switch is already disconnected. My car was an auto GST the PO swapped to manual but seemed to halfass it. Both manual and auto ecus were left attached. I finally got the car back together again with a new motor out of a 96 GSX and swapped the camshaft sensor only to find out that my ECU was toast causing 2 cylinders not to fire even after I installed a new ICM/PTU. Can I just plug in a Black Box and be able to start the car or should I be connecting something else? Does it need to be tuned first? it's such a mess it's confusing me just talking about it .
But will not having the clutch safety switch cause my car not to fire if I don't have it plugged in?
