Axles will not come out help.

I am trying to get the axles out of my car to replace them and they will not come out. The axles piece on the drivers side is the one that is mostly stuck. I sprayed pb blaster on it and hit it with a hammer to try to break up a little rust it moves a little but not much I have tried to pry it out with a crowbar but no luck does anyone have any advice to help me with this thanks.

(I also used an axle puller and it just rocked the whole car)

R u talking about the axles not coming out the the hub? or the tranny? There is 2 bolts holding the axle on the driver side. Usually the driver side is the ezier one to take out becuz no C-clip holding it in. Passenger side lil bit harder all you got to do though is put a fat screw driver between the axle and tranny. Hit the screw driver with a hammer and it should pop out.

If that doesn't work you can try heating it with a torch maybe that combined with using a screw driver and hitting it should work. They can and usually are very hard to get out especially if they are the original ones, or no tranny work has been done recently. Enough elbow grease should eventually get them free, but can be very frustrating.

I got the axles out from the hub but the axle piece on the passenger side of the transmission will not come out I know it has a little c-clip on the end of it. But I have spent hours on this thing and it will not budge I will try the screw driver trick. Thanks

Ok I tried to hit it though the other side but nothing I gave it bunch oh hard blows and it did not move at all. I am stunned I cant believe it will not come out is there anything else I can do? Why would it be so stuck by the way this is a JDM swap I don't know if that would make a difference but my other transmission has a rod that goes through the middle of the transmission where the axles go in ..... and this one is straight though is there anyway I can get this axle piece out? Any advice is appreciated thanks.

Ok if your having trouble getting it out of the tranny. Heres what i did. It would not come out of the passanger side tranny hole. So i got really pissed off my faced really looked like this . I had my friend who can bench my car try pulling it out and no luck. He ended up tilting the car off the jack stands untill he stopped. Finally i went to sleep. Woke up the next morning. Noticed the pb blaster and liquid wrench all leaked off. I took a wedging bar. Its just like a tire iron w/o the lug key. I put that in and tried my best to budge it. Finally i had my big friend come over again. Dangerious as hell let me tell you. I got under the car trying to wedge this out while he pulled the axel. It almost slipped it outa the boot but i said for this hassel i will buy new one. It wiggled out after that. you need to rock it. Not straight force the whole time.

I usally use a prybar, but since your on jackstands. Make sure u have the hub off the axel n it is free. U can use the large flat head idea, but make sure the input shaft is level. Needs a quick n forceful blow

You cannot pound it from the other side! Use 2 large flat bladed screwdrivers to pry between the axel case and the tranny - one on each side at the same time to rock it back forth. Turn the axel and try again as it comes out easier in one position than another due to where the clip opening is.

Did you remove the plate held on by 3 bolts directly beneath where the axles meets the trans? I use a pry bar and it's normally VERY easy from that spot.

Did you remove the two bolts that connect it to the engine?
