1G Auto Trans Questions

Trying to to figure out what torque converter to buy, I'm looking to be able to stall 4500rpm and would like to get there as quickly as possible because I will be grudge racing this car and taking it to "Mexico" so being able to reach launch rpm quickly is very important. I will be spraying the car but would prefer not to use spray for to reach my stall. The engine build will remain as a 2.0L, still debating e85 but if not I will be running 110. I'm going to be running a billet 7 blade 60mm hx40. The trans is a 1g 22spline trans and tcase. Also what flex plate do you guys recommend?

Guy named Mike who runs SinisterSpeed was very knowledgeable and came highly recommended. I went with a weighted "C2".
Kiggly flexplate for sure. No question.

Tell mike your entire build and your goals and he'll recommend the best converter. My lower back isn't up for crazy manual labor so i hired a local pro and he ran a 550whp 1g auto for several years. VERY nice and very fast car. He had zero issues with the TC from sinister.

Restall from IPT is also a very good option. Comes in around $500 with everything brand new when you send in your core. They didn't take any more than 10 days in turn around time either. If I was you I'd buy everything for the trans, kiggly flexplate, kiggly clutches, ipt clutches, and most importantly trans lab shift kit.
