At what WHP did you break into 12's?

Really guys, how can anyone here really prove what they've done? Posting a time slip isn't gonna do it - how would you then prove it's your timeslip? If nobody here believes this guy, then don't believe him. I don't think he needs to prove himself to anyone. Really people, be cautious when accepting information, but calling people liars is just a waste of time - and my energy. It only starts long flames like this that will never be resolved. If I achieved something really big, I'd be excited to share it with you guys. But I wouldn't want to share it if I'm only gonna told I'm full of ****.

You shouldn't need a credit check and a list of references to participate in an online forum. Let's ease off a little.

I agree. This has turned out way the wrong way. And how can that guy say I had nothing to contribute to this thread? Isn't this the what horsepower did you go twelves? Well, I went twelves and I have about 300-320 whp. Depending on what calculator you use. Since all-wheel drive dyno's are on the endangered species list, all I have is horsepower calculators to go by.

This has nothing to do with the topic really, but I don't think AWD dynos are on the endangered species list. There are more and more popping up each day. BM tranny just got a new one. There have been 2 new ones installed in the dallas area in the last 5 months and Alamo in arlington is working on getting one also.

Alright I have finally scanned those slips. I have also scanned 2 others with 1.9's, also the others are to show that car 312 is mine. I apologize for these only being 1/8th mile slips but that is what I could find for the time being.
I will have them posted later on after I can get them uploaded.

Well back before I did any tuning ona dyno - I went to
NYIRP - when I came down to visit my brother.

and I ran a 13.2@104 - on a 2.2 60'

My brother got my car to run a 2.0 - 60' but only ran a 14.1 because he couldn't get into 3rd.

I personally around this area haven't beaten a 2.293 - 60'

for the most part I'm always 2.3-2.4

It is possible for a 1.8 - it's all tire pressure, thread, and kind of rubber your using, and weight of car to list some things. (when it comes to that 60' on street tires)

I dyno'd my car a week after I got back and they tuned it to 281whp.

I've seen stock GS-T's run 2.0 -60's all day on Nitto 555R's.

Just curious... Are you running a super 20g? If so, that 280whp does't sound right, unless you have your boost turned down some. On a side note, I agree about the nitto drag radials. I have them on my car, and they rock! They definitely stick better than the dunlop sp 8000's that I previously had.

Not spraying and is on a 6cm 16g. Has basic mods with completely stock motor.

Here is a video of a 12.5@109 run. He had just installed the dsmlink at that point and was not tuned or some **** like that. I believe he is on his board so maybe he will pitch in.

Well he has over a half second on you just by the 330ft mark. And he obviously has a lot more power than you for whatever reason. Maybe his car is ligher too.

It's obvious he just has more power and better traction. Why does John Shepard run 9s?

No on the video run he was not tuned. Notice the low mph in the video. Now he is tuned.

Amen to that. What more do people want. He provided a detailed timeslip (well not scanned, but just as good). And he linked us video that backed it up. On the video you can clearly see it is a GST, and not a GSX.

I have been saying it for several months now. It is not terribly hard to get a fwd into the 12's on a 16G. Its all about practice, practice, and more practice. And having an LSD with full supporting mods help Some people here just have a hard time realizing you cant just slap some parts together and expect to run fast. You have to learn how to drive the car, plan and simple. You can tune it galore, but if you cant drive it, then you will never get the low ets.

Great Job on 12.5 pass. I look forward to break into the 12's within 1 month.

There is too much BS calling and questioning of credibility on this board and it's all from people who 1) have DSM Shop parts, 2) have never been to the track or both. It's pathetic. Those are some killer times for that dude. I guess that quaife really earns it's price tag, damn! When you say he has basic mods, then I'm assuming that he doesn't have cams either, or does he?
