I actually can't see from the blur, is that pitting or carbon buildup? If carbon, try a brass wire wheel or scotch brite + drill method.

If it's deep pitting I'd say have them re-ground. Margins look healthy so it should be machine-able. Trying to lap them like that might still leave a few pitts here and there which is a no-go.

Thanks Kryndon! I used drill on brass wire wheel. They’re pitted but not deep, maybe 1mm.
Re-ground is done by machine shop?

Or engnbldr on Ebay sells legit OEM plus oversize valves and guides. That's what I used when I rebuilt my head. Great prices great dudes to deal with.
