Langley,
i'm using NGK Iridiums(BPR6EIX) in my NA, barely modded right now and last time I checked they were white. Are these plugs overkill for car? Should I use the cheaper ones? What part number? What gap?

Platinum plugs were dying (mechanically fracturing) much more often than they should have in turbo motors when they first came out, to the point that Bosch advised against using them in turbo DSMs.

I just took out my iridiums and when I bought them the package said not to gap them. when I took them out they were gapped right for a turbo at about .030, but not for an NA. i put in the V-groove ones at the correct gap and the only difference so far is the engine seems smoother.
