Any fitment issues with Megan downpipe and Thermal catback?

hard to say since you are using the MR downpipe.

its really hit or miss with those flanges

altho their track record has gotten better over the years as they've grown.
I got mine almost 2 years ago and it bolted up perfectly but that was also to a MR catback...

It should bolt up. I have a DC 3" downpipe and it bolted up to my Apexi N1 3" turboback.

I purchased a MR Dp and it was way off on my Apexi N1 catback. 4 inch gap from end of dp to the start of my catback.. And the DP hanger was off about 2 1/2 inches..

I have megan dp and thermal catback. It will leak where the downpipe and catback meet. Just because the downpipe is 3 inch and thermal thought it was a good idea to make the catback 2.5 inch to 3 inch. I took my thermal down pipe to a exhaust shop and gave them a 3 inch flange and they welded it up for a couple bucks. Now no leaks. You might be able to double gasket it or a lot rtv and not leak. I don't know if it will work but my leaked a little there. Other than that I love it.
