Another Car won't start thread!!!

Sorry guys but my car still wont start! It seems like im not getting spark, after changing coil pack and transistor pack, this sucks!!! brand new cost my 360 bucks for both of them!!! Any help would be great. i checked the spark and im not getting any, or according to tthe spark plug tester im not getting any..... what els could be the problem? about to get it towed to the shop and just let them fool with it!!!

Check CAS and ECU (for leaky capacitors).

The car turns but wont start up.... i can hear the fuel pump when im trying tos tart and im getting fuel to the fpr because the gauge is reading pressure... i am just not getting spark... could this still be the ecu or wouldnt it just not turn at all?
