Another car won't star thread.

Well, about 9 months ago my 93 spun a rodbearing. So I bought a 91 tsi, with a 6bolt, that had a built bottom end. I got the motor out of my 93, and put the 6 bolt in. I've been trying to figure out why it isn't starting, reading threads...ect. I have 37psi of fuel pressure on my afpr, i tested the sparkplug wires, just put new ngk bpr7es in, New eprom ecu, new 1000cc delphi injectors, and a new coolent tem sensor.(the lower one, I'm getting the upper sensor today)

I was just wondering what other ideas you guys might have for me?

Here is were I would suggest having a shop look at it. There is no shame in handing over a project when you can't figure out whats wrong. If you can spend $500 on a CAS you can spend money on a shop finding out your problem for you and then you fixing it. I have no clue on what your problem is but like someone said earlier try putting your stock ECU in and then see what happens.

I would also check your kill switch.

im haveing the same problem and i have checked EVERYTHING over and over and i finally norrowed it down to the MPI relay, if i were you i would test the relay it shows you how in the hanyes manual and im sure it does with any type of service information. i didnt assume it was that relay at first because i was getting fuel pressure but no spark and the injectors didnt work. later found that the relay will still allow fuel to run through the system just not allow spark or injector response

I have spark though?
I have spark, but when I crank it over and pull the plugs, there's no fuel on them.
when I turn the cas with my hand, there's no fuel on the plugs.

I'm pulling off the rail, and putting a rag infront of the injectors and see....I dunno.

Any other ideas?

okay, I pulled the mpi relay, now what do I do to test it?
