Won't star after car dies.

I have been have a problem with my 1990 Mitsubishi eclipse gsx.
I have been have some starting problems.

My car recently wouldn't start with out ether when the car was cold due to a coolant temp sensor. I've replaced that.

It will start when cold now but it has always acted really funny about how you start it, I have to hold down the throttle in order for the car to start up, I Don't pump it so I'm not letting fuel to enter and flood it out.

After starting it up I'll drive it until it warms up to operation temperature. I'll turn the car off and before it would start right back up without using the throttle to start it, just turning the key will start it up. If I would wait for about for about 10 to 15 minutes, sometimes even 5. The car won't want to start up right away. It will crank and crank act like it wants to start, But then it just act like its flooded out.

I'll wait about 10 to 15 minutes and I'll try to start it again, But I'll have to hold the key for what seems longer than 30 seconds, longer than the recommended time to crank a car. It will chug and start up real slow and not act like it wanted to start but it did to be nice or something thinking it would ground it. .

Once it started back up and running for about 5 to 10 minutes, I can turn it off but right after turn it back on and it will start right back up.

I've changed my fuel pump to a 255 low output, I've changed my fuel pressure regulator(non adjustable), I haven't done a fuel pressure test but I wouldn't think that would cause it to not want to start when the car will start when it's cold, but I don't know.
I've changed plugs and wires because of the ether i've used before.

I'm just kinda confused on what it could be.
Has anyone else ever experienced this problems or something similar and
could help me out

WTF First things first your car is fuel injected u cant flood it as u can an old style carb setup...second check your fuel pressure if u have a 255 low output makes me laugh as it is a performance pump id say its over working your stock fpr get your self an adjustable afpr and adjust the pressure back down and are u running bigger injectors or stock???
check your plugs for fouling issues if there damp its over powering the factory fpr

after your install of the fuel pump and FPR you'll need to disconnect the battery wait 30 seconds, plug it back in.. this resets the computer and forces it to adjust to your settings.. if it still runs funky your fuel pressure is less then it needs to be.

Next check your MFI.. if the chargeing system is overloaded or under load it will want to kill the car.. also at high temps Or if the computer is getting that signal. It will kill the car.

also if it doesnt run right after warm up it could be a fuel rail leak or an air leak somewhere along the manifold, or air intake or associated vacume tubes..
