ive been logging my AEM wideband in DSMlink v2 and ive noticed that the gauge reads leaner than my logs, in my logs at full throttle im around 10.8:1-11.4:1 under boost, on my actual gauge im 12.5:1-13.2:1, im starting ot believe the logs are correct and not the gauge since if i richen it up under boost ill knock or misfire, but why is my gauge reading so far off from the actual reading?

what is a buffer? i have it setup by running a wire from the white wire on the AEM gauges pigtail to my EGR temp wire, and in link i clicked on egr temp and switched it to aem wideband

EDIT: did some research looks like im ordering an input buffer, wish i knew this a week ago when i hooked up my link. ughh..

bumping this back up, installed the buffer today, looks like i wasted my money since it reads exactly the same as before. gauge is still off just as much as from in the logs

Log the aem as linear wideband then right click it on the log and enter the values from your owners manual.....lambda and ratio high and low values. Make sure the values come from the manual that comes with your specifc wideband.

bought the wideband used.. anyway i can look up what specific model it is?

Did you manage to make it read right? I am having the same issue and I would like to be able to tune this weekend.

If you were really running that lean, you would have knock up the wazoo! But as for them being off, it's the option you chose in dsmlink to monitor the wideband, choose another one. I had this same issue, and had to go through 4-5 before it read right. When I get home, I will chime in on the option that I chose for my AEM WB to read correctly.
