420A 97 eclipse 420a 5 speed smoking after 5 minutes of running and smell of raw fuel.

Just got this car yesterday and don't know much about it. If I let it idle it runs great no prob but if I rev it it starts smoking and I smell raw fuel. Under the hood will smoke to and I have no idea what's going on. The guy I got it from said it was injectores

yeah, pics of the engine bay would help. A list of mods would be helpful.
Does the car misfire at all when its just idling?
its probably best if you don't rev the engine at all until you figure out what the problem is. If its dumping too much fuel, you could wash the rings.

If it`s white smoke out the exhaust it may be coolant ...bad head gasket.. grey smoke would be oil getting into the combustion chamber and black smoke would be way to rich in the fuel delivery..

*dead plugwire(s) plug(s)
*faulty ignition coil.
*battery weak under load causing misfire
*bad spark plug gap.
If the guy mentioned an injector culprit then look for leaks around the bottom and top of the injectors. If they are upraded injectors then you might be having a tune issue. If bigger injectors are installed you have to teach the ECU what to do with all the extra fuel its now receiving, putting stock injectors in would be a very viable option in your situation.
These are merely suggestions. I would start with the battery and take it down to AutoZone and have it load tested for free. Next pull the spark plugs check condition and gap. Ohm test plug wires and coil.

Fixed was a bad wire going to the tps thank y'all I also found fouled out plugs and 1 spark plug wire bad
