95 FWD Talon 5-speed factory non turbo w turbo,not getting spark can anyone help?!?!

Hello im new here as evident by me posting in the newbie section and already having 1 thread removed for the title not being as detailed as should be so hopefully this helps.

This is my very 1st DSM car or tuner EVER ive always been into mustangs but looking to get into road racing/auto x and want something light with smaller DOHC motor i can throw boost at . Im working with 95 Talon,factory non turbo but has 420a w 5 speed and turbo now.

Car was totally overhauled less then 1k miles ago. No expense was spared by previous owner the car has best of the absolute best parts. When i got it, it was during the winter so didnt plan on messing with it for a while. It did run like crap when i got it but was told a new ecu and tuning would easily solve the problem which seemed logical. Sure enough try to start after charging battery and everything that should be is happening is except 1 thing. THERE IS NO SPARK!

Could sum1 please offer me some advice? Ive had 3 ppl come over from "craigslist" whom were self proclaimed "dsm experts" and EACH on gave me a DIFFERENT ANSWER COMPLETELY.

I am thinking its something very dumb and small/cheap as ALL parts are essentially new and motor rebuilt. PLEASE HELP! my daily driver took crap on me so now i have ZERO RUNNING CARS! need to get this Talon up and running asap or traded! Feel free to message me thru the site I can check on my phone! I appreciate any help in advance i can get! Here is a list of what im working with if this helps at all. Id really like to get this running asap and will pay or trade DSM parts to any local MI DSM experts/mechanics that can get it running for me im in SE MI. This is PERFECT FOUNDATION for my road race, ultra clean, no power windows or locks barebones light black racer with clean cloth interior! Please make me believe in tuners guys i wanna get into road racing and cruising 1 of these badly! Help that a reality!

I purchased this car from a former co worker. Its very nice. SUPER CLEAN stored winters not a speck of rust ANYWHERE has fresh black paint job with minimum 5 coats of clear(needs to be wheeled still looks like hazy but can def tell was quality work,same person also molded fiberglass body kit;side skirts,rear bumper which shockingly good quality. looks factory)

Could be your ecu, check it out, or the coil pack, or some bad wiring.

SICK GUYS! thanks i appreciate the help i feel its either the ECU or the Wiring harness because it looks like the previous owner had some crazy wiring going on and the wiring harness i feel could even benefit from being replaced by just grabbing 1 out of junk car. Think that could help? Also the motor is 420a is there a specific model of the ECU i MUST get as i sure there is for that motor and im sorry for such a dumb question but i assume answer is yes but can any1 tell me the model # of ECU im trying to find or if sum1 has 1 please shoot me a PM also looking for stock tail lights fro 95 talon! I have mad high end high performance stuff to trade all new or like parts to trade for ECU,wiring harness and stock tailights. Thanks.
