Hello my names Art, Short version. Bought a red 1999 420a 10th anniversary Eclipse.
The car starts and runs but I want to go trough the spark plugs new belts fluids etc. anyone have any suggestions on what else to do while I renew this time capsule?? Has 60k Miles was just sitting for 10years

. I don't see what was wrong with the question. Congrats on the car man! You are correct to do a tune up. Plugs and wires for sure. Id mostly be focused on the fuel system. Siphon all the fuel out of the tank you can, change the fuel filter, and run a cleaner additive with a fresh tank of premium fuel to un-gunk the injectors. Insure the air filter is clean. Check brake lines and wheel cylinders for leakage. Check vacuum lines for cracks etc. Pressure test the cooling system for leaks and fix any you find. Timing belt is definitely something you should do. Your thermostat may be stuck in its position. So be sure the cooling system if working correctly. Thats where I'd start
