timing belt slipped? valves are bent, but otherwise, yeah, good deal for $800.

looks like a good deal to me. I don't really like the color but that's not a big deal. I would say go for it, if there's nothing wrong with it.

Depends how many teeth it slipped. I wouldn't chance it, a tow is cheaper than a new head.
