I have a question if you have 650 injectors what would be the lb flow rate it would equal to?

Here's the equation that I find to be the most accurate:
[(lbs./hr) x 60] / 6.177 = cc/min

This is, of course, not an exact equation, but it is very accurate.

To get an exact cross, you would need to factor in the specific gravity of your fuel, since you're converting a volume per time to a weight per time, and weight is a function of gravity.

Assuming pump gas, 650cc/min x .76g/cc x 1lb/454g x 60min/hr = 65.28. Of course that's assuming 93 octane w/ a SG of .76
