I would imagine car runs very cool due to hood and how they designed the front bumper. Ugly but effective I say.
 
I would buy a spare bumper just for road racing so that I can do this.

It is one car that is only an eclipse in appearance. It is actually a tube framed car with an evo 8 engine and drivetrain. Not really of any benefit to anyone on a dsm forum. Videos of it have been posted many times already.

Perhaps however only posted it because in my mind I am wondering with the eclipse body how are they able to keep the evo motor running cool on this course. Answer seems to be the mods to the front bumper and hood must be very effective. I also honestly find the vids very entertaining for us dsm fans.
 
A part of the answer is that most hill climbs are very short duration events. Imagine going out to the track and driving two to three laps and that's it. Another part of the answer may be airflow management.
