2G 6 Bolt with a 2G motor mount modified for the timing belt tool

Someone out there has figured out how to modify a 2G motor mount so that the 1G 6 bolt timing belt tensioner can be compressed with long threaded bolt.

Any help on how to do the mod is much appreciated. I have a spare motor mount, and a timing belt job coming up, and I'd like to swap out the motor mount while doing the water pump and all so that I can do a timing belt task easier next time.

Every return belt I've ever done I can just put the pin back in the tensioner when removing the belt. For the ones that I cant, I just use the eccentric pulley tool and turn the eccentric until I can put the pin in. I haven't used my threaded bolt in probably 10+ years.

Sure - but I still want to have the option of using a tool to compress the piston.

My solution to this has been to just build up this little pad of weld with my tig and use the existing hole in the mount, I find it easier than drilling and tapping a hole at an awkward angle.
