2G 6 bolt head 7 bolt block

My 7 bolt head is cracked and causing oil burning, I got a 6 bolt head , intake manifold, and thermostat housing. How do I run the cooling system now with the 1g thermostat housing? Do I run the water pipe to the bottom radiator inlet?

Yes, you need the 1G water pipe to accompany the 1G thermostat housing, which routes to the lower radiator outlet.

Ok thank you, am I able to still keep the coolant lines for my iacv, heater core, and turbo when swapping to the 1g water pipe

Yes. Just be aware of the differences between the 1990 (no provision for return at the oil cooler) and 1991-1994 water pipes and make sure you choose the right one for what you need.
