5 speed swap woes

I changed my 95 GS-T over to a 5 speed. Everything was working well until today and I believe it's a relay. The ignition has one of 1 relays clicking on the fuse block and the starter would try to engage but it won't spin to start the car. I'm at a loss here trying to figure it out.

Check list:
- safety switch wiring which is fine
- starter relay is fine (tested)
- terminals are clean and tight
- starter is good (tested)

Any input is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried starting the car with the clutch disengaged and transmission in neutral? Did you use the M/T starter plate?

But just in case it's electrical, you do know that the factory setup starter relay uses normally open (pin 5) for an auto but normally closed (pin 4) for a manual, right? Look at wire diagrams.

I know this. I've been 5 speed swapped for 3 years and this problem just came out of no where so it has to be electrical.
