ok mating a 4g63 block with EVERYthing from the 4g63 ive got. Looked around a bit and cant come up with much to do with this subject in terms of which gasket kit to use. Im guessing a felpro CS9086-1 for the 4g64 block and HS9627pt3 for the 4g63 top end. My question is will i need the 4g63 HG or the 4g64 HG? I would assume 4g63 HG but the bore size will be different. Do they make an all together gasket kit to acomplish what im doing or am I going to have to piece it together? Also, correct me if im wrong here but the 4g64 block is a factory bored and stroked 4g63? my final outcome for this is to b a 2.4L turbo engine to go into my GST. Can this be accomplished and which gasket kits do i need?

First off for a fwd car i would stay away from a 2.4 the extra torque will not help with traction at all. Second you will want to run the 4g63 head gasket or a 4g64 head gasket from a 94 dohc galant. The sohc 4g63 gasket is a lot different. The rest of the gaskets you can use either 6 bolt or 7 bolt depending on what block you are running.

How well do the factory internals on the 4g64 hold up to boost? Going to be running an evo 3 16g on it.

Back in the day it was 7-9 psi now with all the newer tuning capabilities its more like 15-23 psi could be more or less depends. Had a friend running 4g64/63 all stock with a 20g at 21psi for almost 2 years i been running 19psi for about 1 1/2 he said its all in the tune and so do i.
