If I went with a larger displacement motor, I would run nothing smaller than what I have now. I'm running a PT67 P trim .58 a/r turbo on my 2.0, head work, 272's, 9:1 c/r, 70mm t/b, frh manifold, etc. I'm hitting full boost by 5k, 1 bar by mid 4's. It's all about the tuning. Don't build an all out beast 2.4 with a huge turbo, then buy some rinky dink SAFC to control it. Get a standalone, do it right the first time. You've got a good setup going, just trying to make sure you don't cheap out ;)

Also, check into the Competition clutches. I'm really liking mine, I had an ACT 2600 on my old FWD, and it was MISERABLE. This competition 6 puck is grabby, but it is very streetable. On top of that, it is rated at 500ft/lbs tq. They have a 4puck version which was in the car from the previous version that holds even more. I'd recommend one of the two. Also check out Spec's clutch setups.
