Portland,
Well I'm in the market for another DSM and a couple weeks ago there were none, now there are 4 and I can't pick. Here's a list and let me know what you guys think.

92 Eagle Talon TSI AWD
Black
126k Miles
New Timing Belt and New Water Pump
$2500

91 Eagle Talon TSI AWD
Red
103k Miles
Rebuilt Turbo
$2500

94 Mitsubishi Eclipse
Color???
119k Miles
VIS CF Hood
HKS SSQV BOV
2G Rims w/ Toyo FZ4's on them
$3400

94 Eagle Talon TSI AWD
Teal :barf:
72k Miles :)
ACT2600 Clutch
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
New Water Pump, Timing Belt, Oil Pump
MBC @15PSI
Autometer Boost Gauge
$3500

Now the 92 would be nice since it's a 6/4 and the color isn't bad. I think I might be able to talk him down to $2000 or so. The new timing belt and fuel pump don't hurt either.

91 I'm probably not gonna take but figured I'd throw it in here. Miles aren't to bad, has the 6/4 like the 92. Color isn't bad either. The turbo was rebuilt so once I get a 16g I can recoupe some of the cost on it.

94 Eclipse has the CF hood and BOV which ends up saving me about $500-700. Miles are about right for a car of it's age and has the 2G rims and new tires which wouldn't be bad. Has the big brakes on it that the 91 and 92 don't have, but it's also got the 7/4 in it.

94 Talon has the clutch, fuel pump boost gauge and that saves me 300+Labor of the clutch. Really Low miles which I really like about it. That's about 50,000 miles less then a car of that age. The color is that teal color though which is really a turn off. Hood needs a repaint and the roof has a dent from when his CF hood came off. He is a friend of a friend so I'm pretty sure that he will go lower on the price. Same as the Eclipse has the the big brakes but has the 7/4 on it.

Now I know that the 7/4 is a big problem on the 2G's and crankwalk, but how are they on the 1GB's. I haven't heard of many 1GB crank walk stories, and what makes a 6 bolt 1G better then a 7 bolt 1G?

unless he swapped it, if it has real headlights its a 7 bolt for sure. .

Well my 92 TSi AWD It all orginal with a 6bolt block, 4 bolt axles, "real headlights", and single piston front calipers.

Mine is a 7/91 build date

id go with the 91 but thats just me I love the pop ups :thumb: plus its a 6bolt where the 94,s arent and if the 92 is a early 92 it may be a 6bolt because about mid production of 92 they went to 7 bolts
