2g GSX Starting issue

Hey Guys! Im not new to the dsm field but this is my first 2g!I just oicked her up and she needed a fuel rail when i bought her. Its a built 6 bolt block, dsm link, 1150 injectors sheet metal intake etc. Well my issue with it is i have no injector pulse on crank.. if i shoot a little either in it fires right up and continues to run no problem.. any ideas why there is no pulse on crank?

Was the 6 bolt swap done properly? Does it have a 2g head?

Getting a "keystart" signal to the ECU during cranking? During that time you get a 5* set timing and a injector mass dump. I am having those problems, intermittently. Sometimes my ECU see's it and sometimes it doesn't.
