2g 95 eclipse GSX 400-500hp build

i am in the middle of my gsx rebuild. i want too shoot for a goal of 400-500hp. i already tore down the block and will post pictures soon. i mic'ed the crank and pistons and there both .001 off. the crank will need to be turned but dont have a good machine shop were i live. for the pistons i dont know what to do. also i dont have the tool to mic the bore of the block. any help will be great.

Hey man..This is no build journal soo far..We got nothing describing whats going on,issues,concerns, etc.

some of my issues are were i live i dont have a machine shop that does dsm machine work. another is i dont have a dial bore gauge to mic the inside bore of the block. the pistons are .001 off spec. dont know if this is bad or not? the crank is also .001 off spec. so it will need turned right? and what else can i do to measure my inside bore? thanks
