Hello, I picked up a 1997 eclipse gsx as a project and it has 0 electrical power no lights, windows/locks won’t work. I mean nothing. Battery is good, power is going out to the fuse box to the 100 and 60 amp fuses. Power going to alternator. There’s a lot of the engine bay connectors not connected because 2 owners ago, they swapped in a twin turbo’d v6 and previous owner swapped in 4g63t after they blew up the v6. I found a forum that tells me where and what all the connectors are and I included a screenshot of all the ones That connected. The front wiring harness and control wiring harness combination sounds important but I can’t find where the connector goes. This is my first dsm so any help is appreciated

Are all of your GROUND WIRES on and good and tight? One to the upper starter bolt, one to the firewall, one to the fender well also I believe. DC power has to have a positive and a negative or nothing works. Recheck those and check the fuses with a digital multi-meter to ensure that they are good.

There are a few of the threads in the Technical articles that might be useful to you are you go forward. Grabbing the FSM's from the Manuals section under Resources above would be a good idea as well.

I believe so, I was doing some more testing and I jumped the two bolts circled in red and got power. I’m aware the 60 amp fuse isn’t in, I wasn’t aware it was bolted in and destroyed it. You live and learn I suppose. I got a new one to put in. But now looking at the wiring diagram, it appears someone hooked up these wires wrong? The one on the ignition switch fuse metal slab on the right in the pics is the black and white strip wire while the 2 other set of power is on the same metal strip so they should be flipped and everything should be alright?
