Whats up DSM fam, got some more issues I have to fix :D

Ever since I got the car, always had flimsy light output, despite installing the 80$ led bulbs into the OEM headlight, it was much better but never "that good" . As we all know, LED bulbs give pure white with a bit of a bluish tint to it color. In my case, it was pure white with yellowish tint to it. Gave the bulb to a buddy of mine and it had the bluish tint to it.
Buddy of mine sent me his retrofitted headlights with newer Honda Accord projectors with some random LED bulb which I saw was bluish color. I decided to hook them up to a battery 12.4v power source to test before installing them. They were really bright, cutoff line was sharp with a bluish tint to the top of the line.
As soon as I installed them onto the car, I lost 80% of the bluish tint, they lost the cutoff line (not as sharp) and have lots of yellow tint to them..

Maybe I could replace the headlight relay? Maybe headlight ground is bad? I did notice that ECU ground which is located on the "rusty" radio bracket is really rusty but idk if that affects anything

I need to say, all of the lights on the car are a bit dimmer than they should be (including interior etc.) not dim like really dim, just not 100%

Alternator is 90 amp one from a auto spyder charging 14.4v

Can anybody explain to me what the f* is causing this shiiiii.:heystupid:
I am swapping the whole front end harness very soon anyway, but just want to know what could be causing this as I really am speechels about this LOL :idontknow: :beatentodeath:

If your alternator is charging and the relays are good than the problem most likely would be a bad ground .Try adding a ground strap from the motor to the frame and you should clean up that ECU ground .

The ECU doesn't control the headlights, it's a simple switched circuit that runs through a relay. Check the relay by swapping it with a known good one. Also check your grounds as stated. If nothing changes, check all the wiring. As for the interior lights, you could have a bad dimmer switch.

@Widgmaster My starter failed on me 5 days ago (its been grinding for months) but I already had 2 OEM starters prepared and wanted to replace the factory wiring to 2 gauge instead of 4 gauge stock and replace the battery terminals since they were busted. (stock wiring was all frayed up and broken at the connector). So I replaced the 2 main grounds with 2 gauge welding cable along with the main positive cable with 2 gauge welding cable and new battery terminals. I also added a thick strap from chassis to intake manifold (same location as stock thin wire). I do plan on adding more grounds from ALT and improving that ALT to Fuse box, Fuse box to positive on battery as many have said their lights were brighter and had more voltage etc.

@spyderdrifter Yeah I know, the thing is, when I bought the car It had those chineze angel eyes headlights with halos and had xenon bulbs inside. They were 100% orange and dim weaker than the halogen bulbs. I found out that if the car is off, you turn it on, turn on the headlights, they will be orange and weak butttt, if you starter the car and before turning the headlights on, you switch on the fog lights then the headlights, they will start up as xenons and warm up to white light. Very strange
