1G 1gb not revving or idling properly

I'm having an issue where my car is idling and I can hear it start to sputter but then it will fix itself and then do it again like 3-5s later. It also is bogging when I try to accelerate and wont try to rev past 3k rpm.

I have looked for boost leaks didn't see any. It has a new ECU, fuel filter, and power/ignition transistor. I am currently in the process of looking at the MAF and air filter.

Are there any other things i should look at?

Could my ECU coolant temp sensor be the issue? At operating temp its down some ohms

I used my friends laser as reference his was at .24 and mine was between .19-.20 ohms

Once again it's been a bit. I got the car running nice again, I didn't want to think that I bought 3 bad ECUs but I did. Replaced the capacitor on one of them and that fixed it.
