Hey guys,
I’m trying to figure out what to do with the lines for the charcoal canister. I’ll be honest I am not sure what all the lines went to in the first place since the tech at my shop took it out for me as I was in the middle of doing something else
. I’m planning on keeping the canister in just so I don’t have to remove and weld/fab a plate that goes in place of the canister, but I am wondering what to do with the fittings on the canister. Should I put a line on them and route them towards the ground under the car? Or am I okay to leave the lines off and cap off the fittings? Would it be better to put nothing on the fittings and just leave them be? I couldn’t find anything on this before posting this so if anyone finds info on this please link it. Just to be clear I’m talking about the 3 fittings on the charcoal canister as seen in the picture.
Thanks everyone for the help!
