2G charcoal canister emissions line

Anyone know what this is coming from underneath firewall on passenger side?

Looks like a charcoal canister emissions line. Is the charcoal canister deleted on your car? 95-97 is located underneath the battery tray and in 98-99 the canister can be found inside the drivers side front bumper. If yours is gone (the charcoal canister I mean) then that’s the vent to your gas tank. When people do emissions delete they leave it open if it is to prevent pressure buildup in your gas tank.
