14B upgrade???

Is it worth it to buy a 14B turbo as an upgrade to the T-25 or should i just hold off for a 16g? or bigger

I think the 14b is a nice stepping stone. It can make decent power, and can usually be found pretty cheap.

A 14b upgrade for a 2G kinda depends on the situation. If you have a 14b laying around or can get one for real cheap, then go for it. It definitely blows the T25 away. Like in my situation, I installed a EVO III on my 1G and gave my wife my 14b. But if I was actually shopping for a turbo for my wife's 2G, I wouldn't buy anything less then an EVO III.

do you know where i could find one cheep? like 200 of less? im just weondering kuz im really not planning to do more than intake and exhaust because im probably gonna focus more on the cobra but i might change my mind

A 14b is a great upgrade for a 2g owner.
You can get them for cheap and it starts you out on your way of making your car faster. However, if you can find a good deal on a 16g then go with that.

You can try dsmtuners(classifed forum), dsmtrader or ebay.
Just beware though, you say you are concentrating on the cobra but, once you start modding the DSM and you see how well they react to mods, you can never stop. I too bought my GSX with the intentions of just doing the minor mods like, exhaust, intake, UICP, MBC and free mods, but once I realized how just those few minor items woke up this car, I haven't stopped since.
