Ended up cracking my valve cover while attempting to retighten the bolts and used the wrong torque, Seems messed up enough that I will need a new one and was wondering if theres any better spot to find a matching valve cover for the 4G63T, only ones im finding are about $300-$400.

Also curious if the 4g63 non turbo and turbo covers are interchangeable?

That's the most common spot to crack by over tightening. The valve covers of the early DOHC 4g61/63/64/67 are interchangeable regardless of turbo or non turbo. (Not the late 4g6 covers, like EVO 4+)
Should search for a fair price good used one here's classifieds or facebook marketplace, if not, maybe repair.

I second this. I spent a ton of time prepping and painting a cover only to have it crack on that same spot. I JB Welded it and haven't had a problem in years.

I found mine on ebay. It has some issues with the spark plug cover bolt threads, which I don't use, so I negotiated a better price. Stripped it with used brake fluid ($free) and then some rattle can etching primer and engine paint.
