  • Did you by chance figure out your starter issue? I'm having the same problem. It used to take me a max of 7-8 key turns before it would work, now sometimes it won't even start up after about 200 turns.

    Still isn’t fixed yet. I’m working on it. I just ordered an ignition switch. Not the key part but the part behind it. Was like $40 from o’reillys. If it works I’ll come back and let you know. I’m unsure when I’ll take the old one out and install the new one though probably in a month or so

    Well for now getting a battery with higher cold cranking amps seems to have solved the problem. Never really looked into how batteries were rated and how it would affect things until I realized the problem was worse in the cold and the battery had a CCA rating. Probably going to have all grounds redone to be safe as well. Still interested to see what comes of your situation though in case my issue might come back.
    Hey im looking for an intermediate shaft for a 95 auto gsx. Know anyone who has one?
    Do you have the intermediate shaft? I am assuming your 90 has the equal length shafts. If so I know a guy in Florida looking for the shaft.
    I could use the diagnostic port. I did a 4g63 swap into an 88 dodge colt. I forgot to remove the connector from the donor car I had. So I need the port to run ecmlink.

    I posted in your thread. i hope this helps. the coupler that's attached to the speedo gear in the trans can be unscrewed it has a knurled surface. but dont put the vulcan death grip on it ### it can deform and then there will be problems
    I didn't realize you were from the W..Although I don't know where columbus is, nore do I know how to replace a clutch..And then again not the same car, mine is awd turbo, and yours in fwd and n/t..LOL
