yeah it went pretty smooth. It did crack a little bit when he went near the cracked areas but it didnt explode or anything like that.Looks like they got that out much more humanely than they did mine. Good thing I was already planning for full restoration paint job inside and out! Lol

What tire air pressure do you have? Maybe you should drop the pressure if they spin. I ended up around 18~20 psi for streets and somewhere between 10~15 psi in the track for that reason when my 1g had the hoosier drag radials. It made a huge difference.I will note that it was probably the roads and tires not being warm but it was still spinning all 4 on those pulls with these Hoosiers
I think it's like 26psi right now. I'll look into lowering itWhat tire air pressure do you have? Maybe you should drop the pressure if they spin. Maybe some Teflon tape would help?Took some time yesterday to find the source of another transmission leak and I found it. It's the speed sensor on the transmission. My setup is a little unique because I have a Brantz motorsports speed sensor coupled between the transmission and speedo cable because Link ECU does Not like the EOM speedo output for whatever reason.
I know the factory speedo cable has a seal in it. I looked into the bottom of this Brantz sensor and it didn't. I don't know if it was supposed to have one either. I tried stuffing an oring the same size as the top lip of the sensor threads on the transmission into the Brantz sensor but I think it made it worse.
Then I pulled off the seal / sleeve from an old bad speedo cable I had and threw that in there but I'm not holding my breath. I can't tell if it's leaking from somewhere else like inside the speedo sensor itself or what.

Instead of an o-ring , try one of these gasket seals. belmetric.comThanks this is what I had in mind. It's also very similar to what I put in there from my spare speedo cableInstead of an o-ring , try one of these gasket seals.
