ECMlink Won't richen up

So I've been doing some logging and got everthing I wanted dialed in. Now that it's time to do some WOT pulls. My car doesn't want to richen up. I've tried maxing it out and lowering it down, but still no change. here's a log

What's your fuel pressure at?

But, I'd suspect you don't have enough fuel pump and I'm pretty good at guessing.

Second guess would be you have an exhaust leak before the wb

Fuel delivery problem. Either the filter is clogged, the pressure regulator is faulty, or the pump isn't large enough or has gone bad.

Thanks for the fast response guys. So after sitting there and trying to figure out what it maybe. I took off the AFPR and threw the stock regulator back on it. this is what I got.
I don't have a mod list as this is a new little project that I've taken on. But my mods are
Stock rebuilt motor all OEM parts
272 Delta cams
Springs and retainers

stock AWD auto transmission

ECMLink V3
255 walbro fuel pump
1200cc PTE injectors
AFPR
JMF drag manifold
VRSF fmic
ERL manifold
38mm wastegate
HX35 turbo
3" DP
3" electric cutout stock cat and exhaust
that pretty much the basics of my setup.

I had a similar problem last year. My problem was that I trusted the guy who sold me the car. He told me that had installed a WALBRO 255 Fuel pump. After changing my fuel filter, increasing my fuel pressure and having my Injectors cleaned, flow tested and resized I finally decided to check out the fuel pump. I discovered that it was the stock Fuel pump! After installing a new WALBRO 255 my problem was fixed!
I guess trusting is pretty much the same as assuming! Lol
