Well i finished a manual swap problem is there are some wiring differences. il start by saying i pulled the engine out of a 93 with a manual on it, put it into my 94 auto after the supporting mods were done. now there are a few extra wires hangin' around and i don't mind those. but there is a plug that mounts under the intake mani that comes from something under where the intake pipe meets the manifold off the 93 engine. on the car that engine came out of, there is a plug that comes off the harness right by the firewall directly in the middle behind the intake that plugs into that plug i described, on my automatic car there is no plug for it out of the harness. also on the manual car itself, there is a plug that comes from the starter harness and it plugs into another harness. the auto car does not have this. 
should i be concerned? how hard will be swapping the 93 manual cars harness into the auto car? what do you think i should do?
i can take plenty of pics/video if needed.
