Hey Guys
Is there any relation (as far as wiring is concerned) between the wiper switch and the original radio?
I'm asking this because since I fitted a Double Din radio (so I doubt it could be a faulty relay), the Intermittent wiper speed (regardless of the adjustable speed it has been set to at the end of the stalk) and the second speed does not work.
If I switch to the fastest wiper speed, the wipers work but if I had to change from the fastest speed to a slower speed, it stops working. The strange thing is that if I switch it from fastest to medium or slow speed, the wipers stop wherever they are at that moment (e.g. in the middel of the Windscreen), it doesn't return to the resting position. It takes a bit of practise to get it to stop at the bottom
It's a 1996 Eclipse GST.
Thanks Guys.
Some additional info: The Oil temperature gauge doesn't work either since I changed the radio.
