1G Wipers and turn signals not working

OK my windshield wipers just stopped working so did a little diagnosis and found no power to the motor. Checked the fuse that was good so changed the combo switch at the steering wheel. Now I have no turn signals or wipers!!! Some help please, I have a Chilton's manual but can't find the wiring schematic for the wipers, found one for the turn signals but doesn't shed any light on the issue.

Do the hazards work? Also check fuse 9 which is 15a for wipers as well as fuses 10 and 2, both 10a.

OK consider me a a dumby during this whole process I moved my battery to the back and forgot to hook up the ignition, mpi and alternator fuse block. Thanks for all the help guys.
