will a tdo6 bolt onto a tdo5?

just wondering if what compressors would bolt upto 2g? am i limited to only tdo5 and tdo5h or would a tdo4 and a tdo6 bolt onto the exhaust mani? and what about the o2 housing? just trying to see what options i have in finding a turbo for my car. i know the tdo4 will spool up quicker being a smaller wheel and the tdo6 will spool up slower being a larger wheel.

TD04's (13G) TD05's (14b, small 16g) and TD06's (big 16g, evo3 16g, 18g, 20g) all have the same DSM turbine housing flanges and will bolt up to the stock manifold and o2 housing. Only if it has the dsm flange unless u change the exhaust manifold and get an install kit for the turbo

Sorry to revive this thread but it looks like a direct match to my question.

My 20g needs a new compressor wheel and the shaft may be worn. It is a 20g in a Evo III 16g exhaust housing.
From the above are all e3 16g, tdo6?
If I buy a tdo6 shaft and wheel combo will it drop into my E3 exhaust housing ?

Take measurements of the turbine wheel that is installed in there now.

if its an e3 16g turbine housing then buy a turbine for for a 16g only thing that makes the 18 and 20g is compressor wheel and compressor housing

Found the answer to my own question - brain fart.

All 16g, e3 included are td05 only difference is size of housing 6cm or 7cm. the EvoIII has a 7cm housing so flows a little more but it is still a TD05 compressor wheel. So if my 20g fits in the td05 7cm housing - it is a TD05.

You'd need a 20G compressor and a TD05H turbine....nothing else will work.

All 14B's and 16G's for DSM's use a TD05H turbine wheel. If you want to get technical, no DSM bolt-on 16G ever came from the factory with a 6cm turbine housing- those are only found on 14B's.

Also- TD05H is a turbine, not a compressor....the compressor is a 16G or 20G.
