Iv been looking around for an answer for this question but I can’t seem to get a clear answer.

If I were to delete the egr valve, charcoal canister, Silanoids. Pretty much all the vacume lines. Will my car need a tune? I have no block off plate for the egr is it ok to just cap the two male lines that come off it?

I know the car will run codes but I’m more worried about how the car would run without it.

As the others said, you wont need a tune. You will also get a CEL (a few codes in fact) related to the EVAP/EGR system. They will keep coming back as soon as you clear them. So one of your options (if you don't have link) is to leave the two solenoids on the firewall and just leave the electrical plugs connected. That way it wont trigger a CEL.

I deleted the EGR valve and used one of those block off plates I found on Ebay for like $10. Took out the associated vacuum lines and the EVAP canister and lines as well. Left the solenoids hooked up and have had no CEL, its easier to just leave them hooked up.
