ok so I have a stage 3 shep tranny that literally has prolly 10 miles on it, I'm pretty sure I understand what all it takes to swap from my 1g over to a 2g

but I was also curious how much of a pain would it be to swap over a 1g ecu with dsmlink over to a 2g? OR is there anyone that has perfect condition 2g ecu with dsm link that would wanna trade for my 1g?

A complete 1G transmission into a 2G? That's almost not even possible. Wanted to make sure that is pointed out before you dive into it thinking it is a walk in the park.

Most people wouldn't suggest doing it, myself included. Not to say it hasn't been or can't be done, but go ahead soak some of this up:
1g ECU with link in 2g car?
1g Engine Wiring Harness, ECU, etc. in a 2g shell
1g ECU in a 2g
1g ecu in 2g vehicle
1g ECU in 2g?

The reverse, a 2G transmission into a 1G is very possible.

Each vehicle has four powertrain mounting points. On the 1G, three of these were on the engine and one was on the transmission. On the 2G, three of these were on the transmission and only one was on the engine.

So for a 1G transmission into a 2G engine bay, you're looking at custom fabrication to make something work, where something depends on other factors like what generation engine block is in the car.
