Round Rock,
i noticed coolant coming out out the last bolt hole for the manifold on the right side of the head (facing the car), is this normal? I hadn't drained the coolant before I did this so I'm thinking it should be ok? What does dsmtuners think? What part of the head does the coolant flow through?

it's coming from inside the manifold out thru the bolt hole? It's probably you're headgasket leaking.

I compression tested the motor and get 150 all the way across the board. Could it be anything else? Some others suggested that it might be a hole in a water pocket behind the stud hole? Any other suggestions?

It sounds like somebody might of re-drilled and tapped the hole and hit a coolant passage. You said that it was a bolt hole? or was there a stud in there. I't supost to be a stud. I would find out for sure, and then if it is bigger, you'll have to use the same bolt, but you would need to use some high temp silicone to make sure that it seals.

Thanks a lot for the info Steve, what color is the silicone I need? I have the red silicone for sealing gaskets will that work? Also, if it helps to solve the problem the hole that the coolant was coming out of was the top hole to the left of the very last hole in the corner below the power steering pump.
