I recently Bought a 93 eclipse gst for $2000... The car had a bad turbo (which I knew about and I had a 20g chinabay turbo with O2 dump laying around so I decided that I might as well use it! Anyways the power steering pump was also bad and I had to purchase a O2 sensor.. I later find out it has a bad clutch!!! Ofcourse after bleeding the hell out master cylinder and adjusting the rod under the dash.. along with removing the whole master and slave cylinder completely with lines from my 91 and installing and bleeding the crap out of it... I have had this car for a little more than a week and already have well over 24 hours of labor in her!!! :banghead: However, the body only has 118,000 miles and it is one of the best looking 1g's I've seen around here that hasn't been completely redone. The engine is supposedly rebuilt and looks clean under the hood and all so i guess that's a plus!! It has a 6 bolt swap and a thermal research and development cat back with a 3" down pipe and cat bypass. I hate buying used cars especially manuals that are meant for performance and abused!! Unfortunately, I have unconditional love for my DSM!!! :barf:

LOL...I'm glad other people posted on this...when he said 24 hours like that was unheard of I felt like a moron...I bought mine in november...and I've had the hood up on it every day since LOL...The car was in exceptionally good shape on the inside and the body was straight except one minor ding you can only see when the sun hits it just right...popped the hood and found out the dude that owned it before me LOVED bolt on power adders...what he didnt love...was supporting the new found horsepower...now...about 8k dollars in high end parts later...and she's starting to turn into a beast. Please god...let the next part be the last for a while LOL.

DSM is my shepherd I shall not want. It maketh me burnout on black pavement: it leadeth me beside busy freeways. It restoreth my soul: it leads me in the path of quickness for its namesake. Yea, though i walk through the valley of rice i shall fear no honda for torque art with me; thy rod and thy piston they comfort me. Thou preparest a track before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou has anointed my bearings with oil; my car overpowers.

Live by this creed LOL. And keep throwing money and time at it, and she will please you

"Yea, though i walk through the valley of rice i shall fear no honda"
