Was I ripped off by a DSMtuners member?

Before I post a negative comment, Im looking for someone who knows an Injen intake to tell me if this is legit.

Ive done some research and all the pics of Injen intakes I see online have "Injen" engraved on the side. Is this true?

Also in the photo that was posted of the "Injen" intake forsale the couplers also said Injen. This one had a red coupler that was damaged and had no writing on it.

My other concern was the very rough and awful craftsmanship of the intake itself, which I think is the main proof its a knock-off.

The bottom coupler says Vibrant performance, I googled it and they only make couplers and other Fab parts, no intakes.

Im afraid I was sold a cheap Ebay knock off and told it was legit Injen.

Im not going to post any info about the AD or the one who sold it until I have some solid proof.

I have a lot more to complain about even if Im wrong, and I hope I am.

First it was paid for 1/13/2011. Didnt get shipped until 1/22/2011, I recieved it today. Minus the filter that was included in the sale. I also didnt recieve any mounting hardware for the MAS, only the adapter.

Give me some insight how I should procede. If need be I can provide the link to the origional Ad, and the PM between the seller and I.

yeah thats bull man real weak i dont see how some one can sleep like that anyway ive got a real injen intake and im sorry to say but thats a ebay special man. ill send you a pic of mine so you can see but mine is the non recirc. though
